Extended Day Program
The Saint Andrew Catholic School Extended Day Program (EDP) is a safe, caring environment where children can play, socialize, and complete homework. As an extension of the school, we follow all Saint Andrew handbook policies. Children are expected to uphold the same standards of conduct and Christian behavior. If a child consistently exhibits problematic behavior, they may be asked to withdraw from EDP.
After School Care
We provide an afternoon snack, outdoor play, homework time, music, P.E., art, and scheduled free-choice activities.

Parents must enter the building through the south side to access EDP for drop-off and pick-up. Children will not be released to anyone other than those listed on their emergency contact sheet unless prior arrangements have been made with an EDP staff member.
Homework time is provided through elementary or middle school homework clubs; however, the staff is not responsible for the completion or accuracy of your child’s homework. Electronic devices, including cell phones brought from home, are not allowed during EDP.
EDP will be closed on all school holidays for the school year. Specific information regarding these dates will be provided on the school calendar and through correspondence from the office throughout the year. All other closure dates will be sent via FRIDAY Newsletter, so please make sure to read it each week.
LATE POLICY – There will be a $5 per minute charge after 5:00PM. Parents who are consistently late will be asked to withdraw from the EDP program.
